Whats New
We are a small group of enthusiastic gamers who meet once a week on Tuesday at 7.15pm for 7.30pm (prompt) to play multiplayer strategic board games (but generally not war games). Our venue is the Brighton Railway Club, 4 Belmont, Brighton, BN1 3TF (England) where we meet in an upstairs room (non smoking).
Some of the games we play include: Imperial, Tempus, Caylus, Puerto Rico, Settlers, Westminster, Railway Rivals, History of the World, Marble Arch, etc. No experience is necessary and we are always keen to try new games. Each member is encouraged to bring a game and the evening normally starts by deciding what to play. Between Christmas and New Year we generally have a longer session of a pre agreed game at someone's house.
Membership of the Boardgames Club is free but associate membership of the Railway Club is £13 which gives us free use of the room and subsidised bar, guests can be signed in by existing members at 50p per night. However you must be 18 years old or more to be signed into the Railway Club.
